Australia – The  Land of Opportunity

Australia is certainly worth the effort. With one of the highest standards of living in the world, a fantastic climate, and world-class Medicare and education. There is a lot to love about Australia.

We have assisted people in emigrating for over 25 years, winning thousands of cases. Our friendly team are ready to assist with every step. We hope to be of assistance in making your dream of emigration come true.

Which Australian Visa Is Right For You?

Australia’s permanent Migration Program for 2025–26 is set at 185,000 places, with 132,200 reserved for skilled migrants, 52,500 for family, and 300 for special-eligibility cases (Department of Home Affairs, announced 2 September 2025).

Most UK applicants we work with fall into one of the following four routes. We hope to provide a brief overview of each.

Skilled workers

Permanent and provisional points-tested visas (subclasses 189, 190, 491) and employer-sponsored visas (Skills in Demand 482, Employer Nomination Scheme 186). Best fit if you have a profession on Australia’s Core Skills Occupation List, a positive skills assessment, and Competent English.

In simple terms, Australia wants more skilled workers to boost its economy. This is the most popular way to emigrate.

Investors and business founders

The Business Innovation and Investment Program (subclass 188) closed to new applications on 31 July 2024 (Department of Home Affairs). The current pathway for exceptional founders, researchers, and investors is the National Innovation visa (subclass 858), which is invitation-only.

In short, our team has years of experience assisting entrepreneurs and investors in securing Permanent Residency in Australia.

Family and partners

Partner visas (subclass 309/100 offshore, 820/801 onshore), Parent visas (subclass 143 contributory, 103 non-contributory), and the Sponsored Parent Temporary visa (subclass 870). Partner visas are demand-driven; Parent visas are capped and queued.

Retirement

If you’re researching a retirement move without a prior history of an Australian visa, we may be able to help through one of our investor pathways.

Unfortunately, Australia’s dedicated retirement visas (Investor Retirement subclass 405; Retirement subclass 410) have been closed to new applicants since 8 May 2018.
