  • Other ICPs are being delayed with Sunbury South and Lancefield Road the most notable – end of the year now likely
  • Significant Employment PSPs in the south-east delayed due to South-East Economic Assessment determining how much employment land is needed – may lead to a change in the employment versus a residential mix
  • Lack of resources for Greenfield matters in the VPA is delaying commencement of PSPs mainly due to PSPs ahead in the queue taking longer to complete, in part due to the ICPs.
